Pink

                                      

Pink! We read "If You Give a Pig a Pancake" and found pink flamingos in picture books. The kids painted their hands and made flamingos. They also made their own piggy masks. We had hot pink rocks in the sensory bin. For snack we had pink sprinkles donuts.

Purple!

Purple was such a fun week! We had purple sand in the sensory tubs which was a huge hit! We read "Harold and the Purple Crayon" and the kids made their own stories. We also read "Lily's Purple Plastic Purse" and the kids decorated their own purple purses and got some movie star glasses too!

Blue!

Blue! This week we read "Blue Train Green Train" and looked though ocean books. We painted a whale with coffee filters filled with paint. Each kid had a different technique to get their paint on the whale! 

Green

Green!! This week we focused on green! We read "Where Is the Green Sheep" and pained green sheep with cars & monster truck tires. We also read "Go Away Big Green Monster" which was on of the kids favorite books so far! We read it over and over! Then they each got to make their own green monster!
